First visit - wanted to try something new as i usually dye red so this is the picture i show them,

and you know what Jonal Chong reply? "okay, brown + red uh ) i was like RED? doesn't it look like red at all?! After that he left the shop and his partner take over, told him i wanted pink not red and he told me red will look better so i told him i don't mind bleaching to get that ash brown color. He then walk away and get the color done. After he apply those dye on my hair i realize is bloody black color, asked Jonal will it turn out black he told me it's gone turn out darker brown so that the red will stand out more. HELLO I WILL APPRECIATE IT IF YOU TOLD ME FIRST BEFORE PUTTING THE DYE ON MY HAIR, SERIOUSLY! After 30mins later finally they wash off the dye as what i expected turn out to be black instead of brown. Jonal insisting that after 3-4 times wash it going to be brown.
This is how it turn out, tell me how big different compare to the picture i show them?
Second visit - After waiting for 2 weeks decided to go down and get my hair fix. This time it was a lady helping me dye told Jonal i wanna brighter brown and remain the red color so he show me the color chart book and pointed at this color (picture below)
i agree and didn't ask for much, the lady kindly cover up my red color as i told them i don't wanna touch up just leave it. After that Jonal came back the shop asked me wanna touch up my red cause the black roots is showing. I was like ok fine~ When that lady was about to put the so call red dye on my hair i asked them is this red or purple cause the dye is totally in purple i don't see red at all -.- and then Jonal insisting say it's gonna turn out red. AGAIN&AGAIN His word can't be trusted at all !
Final result
tell me where is the red la?!
Was damn frustrated and pissed off after that, my bloody precious hair was ruin, thank you ah FYJC !
I suggest all my readers not to step in their shop and get your hair ruin!
"They literally do what they think it's nice or rather "you can hold that style" design for you.
They put your words into deaf's ears and worst still, Jonal Chong is someone you'll abhor so badly because he scolded and boss around his staff and the shop.
When there is not enough hands to do things, all he does is rush
